Team Anna and Ramdeo and Great Manmohan Singh

When Team Anna or Ramdeo ask for Jan Lokpal to punish corrupt officials and corrupt politicians, Government asked CBI, ED, IT, and all investigating agencies to  find out charges from history of these dignitaries and immediately initiate charges against Kejriwal, kiran Bedi, Anna Hazare, Ramdeo, Prashant Bhusan and other powerful agitators to puncture their movement. Several Cases on flimsy grounds have been initiated against all key members of Ramdeo and Team Anna during last one year of movement launched by Ramdeo Baba and Team Anna.

Now when Team Anna has submitted a Memo to Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh requesting constitution of SIT (Special Investigating Team headed by any three of six specified judges) against 15 corrupt ministers including MMS , Pranab and Chidambram to investigate corruption charges , advocates of UPA are now pleading that Team Anna do not have faith on democracy and that on Supremacy of Parliament.

It means all laws are meant to punish common men even if the charges of corruption are in thousand of rupees but the same set of laws and enforcing agencies are not meant to punish ministers who are guilty of causing loss in lacs of crores of rupees to the country.

Will Indians understand the divisive policies of Manmohan government and try to get rid of it?

Will they come together to teach a lesson to Manmohan Singh government?

Will BJP, SP,TC. TDP, JDU, Left and all opposition parties shed their all local differences and jointly fight out corrupt government of MMS to give relief to common men who are totally fed up with current government? Or they will continue to play power game as usual sacrificing the interest of common men?

·        Government has no solution to economic problems India is currently facing.
·        Government cannot control price rise,
·        government cannot contain inflation,
·        Government cannot stop devaluation of rupee,
·        Government cannot reduce fiscal deficit,
·        Government cannot control trade deficit,
·        Government cannot control corruption,
·        Government cannot stop misuse of government fund,
·        Government cannot motivate and if necessary force officers working under him in the country to perform honestly
       And so on-----------------

But government can stop and successfully control Team Anna and Ramdeo and ensure that these crusaders shut their mouth and stop movement against corruption and black money.

In fact PM Mr. Manmohan Singh and FM Mr. Pranab Mukherjee say boldly that High rate of Inflation and Price Rise symbolize the prosperity and development taking place in the country under UPA rule.

Manmohan Singh says corruption is a universal phenomenon. He says corruption is not only in India, it is a global issue. He says economic problems are not due to faulty policies of his government or his failure in governance but only due to Euro crisis or problem in Greece or due to US based subprime crisis.

Common men should therefore expect no relief from current government because the government considers the problem of common men as sign of prosperity.

Manmohan Singh is doctor in economic not for common men but only for rich and elite class of the country. He has made a lot of ministers and business houses billionaire using his weapon of policies of reformation and that of LPG (liberalisaion, privatisation and globalisation).

Manmohan Singh has made all government undertakings sick and all private business houses strong enough to adequately fund election expenses of the party.

Insurance companies, banks, hospitals, schools, medical and engineering colleges, Airlines, Railways , BSNL almost all are critically sick only due to the policies of the government which helped more to private sector and private companies to get in return plenty of money as bribe and commission.

India is now recognized as a country of cheaters, looters and originator of all types of corrupt activities.

United States worried about Corruption in India

United States state department has highlighted “widespread corruption at all levels of government” and separatist, insurgent and societal violence among the most significant human rights problems in India.
“Widespread impunity at all levels of government remained a serious problem,” said the department’s annual report on human rights released by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton here Thursday.
“Investigations into individual cases and legal punishment for perpetrators occurred, but in many cases a lack of accountability due to weak law enforcement, a lack of trained police, and an overburdened court system created an atmosphere of impunity,” the report noted.
Other highlighted problems included police and security force abuses, including extrajudicial killings, torture and rape.
Also listed were disappearances, poor prison conditions that were frequently life threatening, arbitrary arrest and detention and lengthy pre-trial detention.
“The judiciary was overburdened, and court backlogs led to lengthy delays or the denial of justice, the report said as authorities continued to infringe on citizens’ privacy rights,” the report said.
The law in some states restricted religious conversion, and there were reports of arrests, but no reports of convictions under these laws, it said.
Separatist insurgents and terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, the northeastern states, and the Naxalite belt committed numerous serious abuses, including killing armed forces personnel, police, government officials, and civilians, the report said.
Insurgents were responsible for numerous cases of beheading, kidnapping, torture, rape and extortion, it said.
However, the number of incidents declined considerably in the northeastern states and Jammu and Kashmir compared with the previous year, the report noted.

Team Anna levels grave corruption charges against PM, FM and other cabinet ministers

New Delhi:  In a major move, Team Anna on Saturday levelled grave corruption charges against the union cabinet ministers, including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, citing reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) to press their claim.
However, the Congress later dismissed the allegations terming them as "unsubstantiated averments" that need not be responded to.
The anti-graft group, which has threatened to launch an indefinite fast from July 25, has picked up portions of a draft CAG report to make charges against Singh when Coal Ministry was with him. They had never made allegations against the Prime Minister before.
Besides Singh and Mukherjee, the ministers against whom the Team Anna has demanded probe by an independent Special Investigation Team include P Chidambaram, Sharad Pawar, S M Krishna, Kamal Nath, S M Krishna, Praful Patel, Vilasrao Deshmukh, Virbhadra Singh, Kapil Sibal, Salman Khurshid, G K Vasan, Farooq Abdullah, M  Alagiri and Sushil Kumar Shinde.
Dismissing allegations levelled by Team Anna members Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan, Shanti Bhushan and Kiran Bedi at a press conference, Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari said, "I do not need to give an answer to unsubstantiated averments."
He said this is not the first time such things have been said and answered. "It is not necessary that every unsubstantiated averment needs to be responded to."
Tiwari also referred to a report in a newspaper that Bedi has written to Hazare complaining against NGO led by Kejriwal not using funds properly. The Team, some of whose members have been accused of financial misconduct, denied the report.
Hazare and his close aides sent a letter to Singh seeking setting up of an independent Special Investigation Team with three retired judges as it members to probe the charges.
They suggested that the government could select the judges from a panel of Justices Sudarshan Reddy, A K Ganguly, A P Shah, Kuldeep Singh, J S Verma and M N Venkatachellaiah.
In the letter, they said the SIT should investigate charges against the 15 "corrupt" ministers as well as those against party chiefs Mayawati, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Lalu Prasad and Jayalalithaa. They also said that the SIT can investigate charges against Team Anna.
"We will wait till July 24. If the government does not take steps to (set up SIT), we will go on an indefinite fast from July 25," activist Arvind Kejriwal told reporters.

Ramdev to resume campaign against corruption from June 3

GURGAON: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has once again hit out at Congress-led UPA governmentfor failing to check rampant corruption.

Ramdev will now resume his campaign against graft from June 3. "We will start our campaign on June 3 to bring the black money back. We want the government to work towards result-oriented approach," he said.

He also criticized the recent hike in petrol prices. "In the history of independent India, the price of petrol has never been increased to such an extent. The hike will lead to costlier transportation and inflation may rise by as much as 20%," said Ramdev.

"Poor people have to sustain themselves at a minimal amount of Rs 20 per day and if the inflation increases by 20%, how will the common man survive?"

In the steepest ever increase, the UPA-II government on Wednesday raised petrol prices by about Rs 7.54 per litre. The decision to hike petrol prices came a day after the end of the Budget Session of Parliament. The hike translates into Rs 7.50 per litre in Delhi.
