Nitish Kumar is no doubt a very good, honest and performing person
and he has proved his caliber in the state of Bihar. It is Bihar state which
was disliked, ridiculed and condemned by all throughout the country especially
during the regime of Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi and the name ‘Bihar or Bihari’ itself
was hated in other states. People used to have always negative image about the
people who hailed form Bihar and working or studying in other parts of India .
It
is a matter of immense pleasure that Nitish by his devoted work and unbiased
performance in the state of Bihar has changed the image of the state and now it
is true that other states are inclined to follow the path of development and
good administration in their states too.Narendra Modi has in a similar way exhibited his charisma in the state of Gujarat.
But by raising the issue of secularism and advising his
ruling partner Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) to project a person of secular image
for the post of Prime Minister for the next general election due in 2014, Mr
Nitish has used the same weapon which Congress (corrupt) Party, Samajwadi Party)SP)
,Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and other so called secular parties are using since
long to keep BJP away from power.
There are only Congress party and BJP as two parties of
national stature which may rule the country at national level and there is no
doubt that if BJP is isolated by such diplomatic weapons, Congress Party will
get another chance to rule the country despite unprecedented price rise, unabated
inflation, uncontainable fiscal problems and the most important despite its
serious involvement in corrupt practices and indulging in various high value
scams and despite its serious differences with its allies which are supporting Congress
Party to rule in the name of UPA. Congress party continues to rule only by
dividing its opponents on various flimsy issues.
There is no doubt in it that Nitish also came to power with
the support of BJP and people of Bihar got rid of worst rule of two decades in
the in hands of Lalu Yadav. If Nitish continues to play foul game in the name
of pseudo secularism as other anti-BJP parties are playing to serve their self interest,
there is no doubt that alliance of JD(U) with BJP at Bihar level and with NDA at national level will end and Lalu will come
back to power by splitting the votes in various small segments of Congress
Party , BJP ,Left parties etc. Not only this, even the power of Congress party
and UPA will be enhanced at national level by dint of split in NDA votes in
various smaller segments.
In this way Indians will lose the opportunity of
getting rid of misrule of UPA.
Last but not the least; Nitish has severely and adversely affected
the environment created in India against corrupt politicians. He by using the
weapon of secularism has punctured the movement launched by Team Anna and
Ramdeo to a great extent .
And due to his raising the issue of secularism media men have got an opportunity once again to forget and discard all debates on corruption and focus the issue of secularism to tarnish the image of BJP and extend indirect support to corrupt leaders of Congress Party who have looted the country to a level higher that what British ruler had looted before independence.

Nitish and his party JD(U) should keep in mind that they
were all part of Anti Congress movement in seventies and party of same Janta
Party with which the leaders of erstwhile Jansangh and that of Rashtriya Sewak
Sangh (RSS) were also associated under
the leadership of Jai Prakash Narayan to make the movement against corrupt
government led by Indira Gandhi and her congress Party. Same brand of leaders
who were belonging to erstwhile Jansangh and RSS are now belonging to BJP.
During Janta Party rule these leaders were treated as patriots and now they
have become otherwise in the eyes of JDU leaders. It is neither acceptable nor
it is desirable and nor expected from experienced leaders like Nitish and
Sharad Yadav. It is true that Sharad Yadav has tried his best to pacify the
word of war started between leaders of JDU and BJP.
It is to be kept in mind that as long as corrupt leaders are
holding the powerful post at center or at state level , no one can dream of
good administration , real welfare of weaker section or minorities, justice
with all, real development, good image of the country at world forums and judicious
distribution of national income and job opportunities.
If Nitish believes in
real secularism or in upliftment of status of Muslims and real welfare of Muslims,
he should compare the happiness of Muslims in the state of Gujarat with that of
Bihar. It is undeniable true that barring biased politicians in the state of Gujarat,
Muslim resident in that state are as happy as Hindus and others are. It is due
to support from all caste and communities that Narendra Modi could win the election
two times and Nitish could win in the state of Bihar.
People of Bihar or that
of Gujarat believes in real development and do not believe in hype created
media men on TV and in print media. Leaders of Congress Party and BSP promised
maximum possible quota for Muslims in the state of Uttar Pradesh during last
election to attract Muslim voters in their fold but they could not win the
heart of Muslims and lastly lost the game pitiably.
It is unfortunate that Indian politicians waste their
precious time in discussion and debate on unwarranted issues and events of the
past. Sometimes they fight against each other on the statements, ideas and
philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi and sometimes on that of Ambedkar, Netaji
Subhash,Patel,Vajpayee ,Advani ,Indira or Rajiv. Sometimes they talk of riots
of Congress regime, sometimes they talk of Godhra case, sometimes about post Godhra
riot in Gujarat or sometimes Anti-Sikh riot of 1984.
Politicians have to learn
in live in present and pick those leaders who can give India corruption free administration,
quick justice and affordable education and services. When there will no corruption
in government departments, judiciary and political arena, people will start
getting their due share in development and will get an opportunity to get
justice if they are cheated by someone. The use of word like secularism and
reservation may give temporary relief to politicians in election here and there
but the permanent winner will be only those politicians who serve the voters at
ground level, who talk little and do more.
I therefore appeal to leaders of JDU and BJP to shed their personal
differences and get rid of their personal ambitions, stop in-fighting, have
broad minded approach and fight united against the corrupt rule of current government
in the common interest of Indians. I appeal to all politicians to stop talking
in the terms of Hindu or Muslim and develop thinking only in the terms of Indian.
Leaders who are real patriot do not use the word Hindu or Muslim and they treat
all as Indians. Media men should also stop playing the foul game of appeasing a
community or offending the others in the name of secularism.
Lastly, I expect from Nitish and other lovers of the country
that they will realize the need of the hour support the movement against corruption
launched by various organization and work for real development of India and
Indians. If leaders of any political party start concentrating on their out the work in
their command area, they will never need the use of weapon like secularism or
quota to win the heart of voters.
Leaders need to use false and self deceptive weapons of quota or secularism only when leaders are corrupt and who themselves became billionaire after their election ignoring the welfare of their constituencies and voters who voted them to power.
Last but not the least , NItish and Narendra Modi are two stalwarts in the domain of NDA who have earned name and fame not only in their states but throughout the country. As such both should try to resolve their problems and shed their individual ego . Both are fit candidate for highest post. They may serve as PM and Deputy PM or as they like , but the nation needs the services of both at national level.
Unity is strength and strength of NDA lies in their unity . Nitish and Narendra should not be victim of divisive tactics of media men and Congresss Party.
Conscious effort at vilification of Modi: LK Advani

NEW DELHI: Accusing the media of a conscious effort at vilification of Narendra Modi, senior BJPleader L K Advani today said no political leader in India's history has been as "systematically and viciously maligned" as the Gujarat Chief Minister.
"I have often felt that in India's political history no political leader has been as systematically and viciously maligned as Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Bhai Modi. Do not these reports also reveal a conscious effort at vilification", Advani asked.
Advani was referring to media reports on former President A P J Abdul Kalam's book 'Turning Points' where he discusses his visit to the state after the 2002 riots.
Writing on his blog, Advani said that he was surprised to see reports in the media where then Prime MinisterAtal Bihari Vajpayee "was being found fault with for trying to protect the Narendra Modi Government".
Advani said Vajpayee's casual query to Kalam: "Do you consider going to Gujarat at this time essential" has been read by the media as the Prime Minister wanting to stop the President from going to Gujarat.
He rued that no journalist has reported the compliments paid to Modi by Kalam in his book.
"Dr Kalam has also referred to apprehensions he had heard that his visit may be boycotted. Dr Kalam's actual experience was totally different. Modi and his government enthusiastically cooperated with Dr Kalam. Yet no newsman thought it worthwhile to report these complimentary observations of his!" he said.

I feel rest of India is also traveling in the way of Bihar.I appreciate your analysis and agree with it.
