Mr. Kapil Sibal (who used to assert ZERO loss in 2G scam and who has been consistently defending PM Manmohan Singh who is head of the cabinet and Mr. Chidambaram who was FM in the year 2008 when the then Minister Mr. Raja took the decision of allocation of 2G spectrum violating normal ethics and moral.) has devised a new strategy to blame NDA and Mr. Raja for all the mistake pointed out by Supreme Court..
Of course one thing he has proved that politicians like him have got no shame in telling blatant lie before the Nation , inside and outside the Parliament and in maintaining double standard, double speak and doubtful character in public life.
If policy framed by previous ruler NDA was defective, the question Nation would like to raise is why the present UPA government did not change the policy and why it did prefer to follow the same faulty line of action.
It is important to point out that as soon as UPA I came to power in the year 2004 the UPA government under the leadership of Congress party repeal, annul and abolish POTA saying that the act was discriminatory and country could be provided adequate security even in absence of POTA. Was this act of UPA in national interest or to appease certain section of people in the name of secularism?
It is to be mentioned here that BJP had opposed the appointment of corrupt CVC but NDA preferred to overrule the protest of BJP and decided to appoint the same person as CVC who are involved in a case of corruption.
BJP supported the inclusion of Prime Minister as also that of CBI in the ambit of Lokpal in line with Team Anna but the UPA government not only disagreed to this proposal but made all possible efforts to puncture the movement launched by Team Anna against rampant corruption.
Ramdeo Baba was accused of agent of BJP when Ramdeo and his followers demanded that Black moony parked in foreign countries be declared as National property and should be brought back to India. Why the present government did not follow the BJP line of action they followed in 2G spectrum allocation?
Secondly Kapil Sibal and his friend advocates in the present government left no stone unturned to malign the image of NDA , deceased Mr. Pramod Mahajan , key minister Mr. Jaswant Singh during NDA government when the Apex court accepted the CAG report on 2G scam and directed CBI to investigate the issue and submit the report directly to court.
Advocates of Congress Party had been consistently trying to mislead Supreme Court to include NDA government in the charge sheet. But unfortunately Supreme Court did not accept the logic of flatterer advocates of Congress Party and this is why the learned court cancelled the license issued by UPA government in the year 2008 only.
Shameless indeed, Mr. Kapil Sibal, Mr. Manu Singhwi and Mr. Chidambram the three loyal advocates of High Command Ms Sonia Gandhi and flatterers of Manmohan Singh added by non-advocate Mr. Digvijay Singh and veteran politicians like Mr. Pranab Mukherjee still prefer to malign BJP as usually they did in the past for the corrupt actions of the government despite clear cut judgment given Supreme Court.
Cancellations of licenses were issued by not Mr. A Raja but by UPA government. When Mr. Raja is found to be guilty and when the methodology of allocation of 2G spectrum have been found defective by Supreme court, the government should accept the fault it committed and stop telling lie after lie and stop blaming opposition parties for all its faults and corrupt activities exposed by people of India and by the great lawyer Mr. Subramanium Swamy and Mr. Prashant Bhusan..
It is not new for Congress Party to enjoy the fruits of corruption and then to make someone as scapegoat for their mischievous act. They supported Madhu Koda and Lalu Prasad and enjoyed their corrupt game and when court forced CBI to investigate and punish the guilty, Congress Party without any hesitation put entire blame on Madhu Koda.
At least now the guilty ministers should resign at their own or The so called clean PM Mr. Manmohan Singh should surrender in the court of people of India and shameless UPA government commanded by High Command Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi should make all efforts to recoup the loss caused to nation in tune of lacs of crores of rupees at the time of fresh allocation of licenses as directed by Supreme Court in prescribed time period of four months.
For God Sake, these dirty politicians as named above should keep their mouth shut and devote entire time and energy in performing for Nation. Otherwise people of India will throw them in Deep Ocean in next election.
