My views on developments which has taken place during last few days in AAP challenging the unity of the party and maligning the image of the party
Yogendra Yadav is undoubtedly a good person, a self less ,humble, talented and matured politician who has vast experience of reading pulse of voters. Some persons within or from outside AAP may be trying to create rift between Kejriwal and Yadav or with Mr.Prashant Bhusan. But it is the duty of the wise persons to understand the ground reality and try to save them from getting misdirected and misguided by a few disgruntled and by fake well wishers of the party.
It will be blunder on the party of AAP to remove Mr. Yadav or Mr. Bhusan from any post. Mr. Yadav contributed a lot in making political fight of newly borne party AAP a success story to reckon with and he may prove to be a boon for AAM Admi Party in future also in converting the party from Delhi based party to National party and in providing a better substitute to the country removing Congress Party from National Horizon.
It will be blunder on the party of AAP to remove Mr. Yadav or Mr. Bhusan from any post. Mr. Yadav contributed a lot in making political fight of newly borne party AAP a success story to reckon with and he may prove to be a boon for AAM Admi Party in future also in converting the party from Delhi based party to National party and in providing a better substitute to the country removing Congress Party from National Horizon.
Prashant And Shanti Bhusan may be removed or given an low profile assignment. But Joint effort of Prashant Bhusan and Shanti Bhusan made during making of the party may not be ignored . It is a fact that it was they who provided many scam stories related to Congress Party which helped in ouster of Congress Party from power.. It was Mr. Bhusan who exposed many evil works of Congress Party and it was he who made Anna Movement Successful.
Role of leaders in movement and in governance are not same .Role of Mr. Bhusan and Mr. Yadav may be important in movement . However now after forming the government , role in running a government is limited to legal advice and hence they may be kept in core committee where Mr. Bhusan will help party in making analysis of various plans and policies from legal angle and save party from public criticism. In my view Mr. Bhusan too should be given respectable place in the party.

Keeping apart the issue of Mr. Yadav and Mr. Prashant , I have no hesitation in saying that it is one and only Mr. Kejriwal who is key figure behind success story of AAP and at all cost Mr. Kejriwal should hold the key post of the government and every well wishers of AAP should extend unconditional support to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. His power should not be diluted even if need to remove Mr. Yadav and Mr. Prashant under pressure of ran and file.
People of Delhi voted AAP to power only giving full marks to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. Though due to lack of political maturity , Mr Kejriwal always advocates public view in framing of policies and always claims that he takes the decision after consulting voters of the area, it is practically and theoretically impossible to consult voters every now and then on all issues related to policy or on constraints faced in execution of policies. It is the talent and managerial skill of Mr. Kejriwal will ultimately be the key of success of the government. It is Mr. Kejriwal only who has to provide leadership to other junior leaders and take all along with him .
Concentration of power is more fruitful and effective than so called democratic process to take the consent of all in all matters. Collective leadership or the term Consensus is possible only in a group where all are talented and well conversant with the subject dealt with in the meeting. Normally it does not so happen . History will tell that in majority of bills placed before Parliament, bill is passed to become act by voice vote by ruling party . Bill is neither discussed in party forum of ruling party and neither members of opposing parties think it necessary to discuss merit and demerit of the bill to make it more effective and fruitful. More often than not opposing parties oppose and ruling parties support the bill.
Many times same bill is opposed by the same party when they sit on opposition benches and supported when they are in treasury benches. As such the word collective leadership or consensus view a deceptive. There is as such no doubt that it is Mr. Kejriwal who has to give substance and direction to all policies and all processes of execution, of course in consultation with his close associates on whom he or she have full trust and to whom he considers knowledgeable .

As such all leaders have to give 100 percent value to prominence of Mr. Kejriwal to save the party even it required sacrificing of a few others. And Mr. Kejriwal cannot and should not abscond from his duty to make effort to convince majority of members with his logic and experience. It is reliably learnt that Mr. Kejriwal has decided not to attend the party's meeting scheduled on 4th of March to resolve the ongoing crisis in the party.
I think it will be blinder on the part of Mr. Kejriwal and people will blame him if Yadav or Prashant is removed without any valid reason or some other colleagues indulge in mutual mud slinging process resulting in further widening of rifts and breaking of glass to irreparable extent.
Mr. Kejriwal has to apply his wisdom to keep the party intact and stop any type of probable split of hearts. If he cannot keep his party united , he cannot be expected to keep people of India united and he cannot keep voters of all groups happy . It will be a great betrayal with voters of Delhi who has given AAP an unprecedented majority in state assembly and who has expressed full faith and cent percent confidence in the leadership qualities of Mr. Arvind Keriwal .
Last but not the least ,unpleasant development in Aam Admi Party is a matter of Concern for Not only Mr. Kejriwal but also for all Delhites
